Do accounting majors need to have great communicative skill?

I am an accounting student and I lack good communication skill. I am already working on it but I was wondering if it is that important in accounting career.

1. In my opinion, I feel communication is a skill needed in any field. Take a communications class to take your fears away. Though, in response to your question, I don't know if accountants need cmcn. skill.
2. Not really - average is fine. But if it is BAD - then you will have problems. Thanks Bill
