How can i get some clients for my accounting bpo business?

i have a company in the US. A small accounting and tax preparation service. I handle at least 1000 clients. But I am interested in expanding, and go to high level business process outsourcing. I also have a company in the Philippines, and I have built a partnership with key industry experts in the bpo industry. but i seem to have trouble in getting key partners in the US to handle their bookkeeping needs. Need help on how to approach this. thanks.
